From local materials to regional fabrication, our process is rooted in craft, community, and transparency.
Our team is composed of skilled craftspeople and professionals who live nearby. We are committed to creating a workplace where people are treated fairly, paid well, and given the opportunity to grow their craft over time. Together, this community of designers and makers forms the foundation of everything we create.

Many of our suppliers are multigenerational fabricators located just kilometers from our facility, carrying forward decades of craft and material knowledge. Toronto’s rich manufacturing history and maker network make these collaborations possible.

Our wood is sourced from Canadian forests, connecting each piece to the natural materials and craft traditions that shape our work.

We pair nature-driven inspiration with the technologies of woodworking and metalcraft, abstracting each form to its most minimal yet striking expression.
We believe a strong design community is built through shared knowledge and collaboration. Through teaching, studio events, and partnerships, Hollis+Morris works to support emerging designers and the broader creative community.
