Refund policy

All Products are inspected before shipping. All Products are signed for by the shipping company, stating that the Products have been picked up in good condition. Buyer(s) or the receiving warehouses must inspect the Products upon arrival and make claims for any damage, or loss, in writing via email to info@hollis-morris.com. All damage claims must be accompanied by photographs.

Hollis + Morris does not accept any Product returns. No Products can be returned to Hollis + Morris without written consent.
